Akhondo Mart Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return or refund for eligible products in accordance with the product’s applicable return policy.

Return or refund requests may be accepted when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, significantly different from its description, or has another valid issue covered by the applicable policy.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and other included items where applicable.

Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, hygiene requirements, customization, or applicable laws and regulations. The specific return conditions shown on the product or store page will apply.

All return and refund requests are subject to review and approval by the seller and/or Akhondo Mart according to the applicable policy.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected, where applicable. The refund method and processing time may vary depending on the original payment method.

Akhondo Mart reserves the right to reject fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating return and refund requests.
